We use these ingredients to create culinary experiences at the gourmet hotel - from the breakfast buffet to dinner.

We are perry baron and proud that the Mostviertel and our chefs form such a strong team. In addition, international dishes offer further culinary finesse on our menu.

Organic breakfast buffet & half board

Mostviertel breakfast buffet Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 am, Sundays and public holidays until 12 pm with many regional specialities: Enjoy "Mostciutto", fine walnut honey, freshly squeezed orange juice, Mostviertel juices and homemade muesli. The award-winning Mostviertel pear ham - produced exclusively for our hotels - offers an exclusive flavour experience. The pear flavour combines excellently with the delicate smoky taste.
Evening: 4-course dinner (starters, soup, meat and fish, as well as a vegetarian main course). In addition to the salad buffet, there are also desserts and a cheese trolley. From 6 pm to 8 pm we serve your dinner in the castle restaurant.
