Enjoy homemade fine brandies & schnapps made from the fresh fruit of the Mostviertel. Our senior director, Marianne Scheiblauer, is a master of her trade.
Grandma's schnapps varieties are a special delicacy in the Schlosshotel Eisenstrasse. When our senior director and perry sommelier, Marianne Scheiblauer, distils the fruits, fine brandies of the highest quality are produced – from apple barrique to elderberry and rowanberry.
Marianne Scheiblauer has received numerous awards for her schnapps – at the "Destillata" and at the "Ab Hof". Gold, silver, bronze – for your optimal schnapps pleasure. Look forward to them in Das Schloss an der Eisenstrasse.
You can try the schnapps specialties in the restaurant and take them home as a souvenir.

Distilling schnapps at the table
One special highlight is our table distillery. You can distil your own schnapps with competent instruction to accompany your 5-course dinner.
